SOC 330LEC—Sociology Through Film

This class uses film to explore sociological commentary, analysis, and criticism. This is not a class on film theory or production or the film industry, but rather a class in which topics such as neoliberalism, colonialism, race, gender, indigeneity, science, environment, and more are examined through international, independent, and classic cinema.
