NBC 413LEC—Promoting Quality Health Outcomes in a Culture of Safety

This course examines concepts of quality health outcomes and safety within the context of professional nursing practice. Systems and processes are explored and analyzed to promote and sustain quality health outcomes, and safe, effective healthcare environments. Focus is placed on the role the professional nurse as leader in a collaborative practice in a patient- centered, evidence- based culture of safety.
