Principles of financial reporting under GAAP. The accounting cycle, financial statements, revenue recognition, inventory valuation, depreciation, and ratio analysis.
Good intro accounting class. Not the most exciting subject but Prof Chen explains everything step by step. The textbook problems are very similar to the exams. Group project was a bit annoying but manageable. Overall a fair class with a fair workload.

Do the practice problems at the end of each chapter. They are basically the exam.
