This seminar is designed to develop essential career readiness skills and transition support for all students, with a special emphasis on those outside the School of Management who do not take MGG 215LR - Career Connections 1 Credits: 1 or MGG 315LR - Career Connections 2 Credits: 1 . It bridges the gap between academic learning and professional success by fostering self-awareness, personal branding, and global workplace skills. It also provides targeted professional development through intensive bootcamps, industry engagements, and cross-cultural career preparation.
