Examines theoretical framework of Indigenous feminisms and associated debates within Indigenous communities, activist camps, and academia. Engages with nation-specific, place-based histories, philosophies, peoples, and futures emerging from rooted Indigenous feminisms. Focuses on nation-specific expressions of Indigenous feminist thinking and action. This course is the same as GGS 301 and course repeat rules will apply. Students should consult with their major department regarding any restrictions on their degree requirements.
